SEDCERO Program aims for the coordinated action of diverse social actors in isolated communities, providing access to suitable water for the human consumption and the production, improving the quality of life of the population. We stimulate in every project a collective and participative design of the actions, generating the intervention of a multiplicity of social actors (State, companies, international organizations, organizations of the civil society, universities, citizens in general) in the resolution of this problematics. For it, it has special attention in the cultural, geographical, tecno-productive and social diversity of the communities and thinks that they are key in the capture of decisions and in the implementation of the technological systems of resolution of problematic local and regional.
