The National Burkinabe Youth Parliament for Water (PNJBE) is a network of passionate young people committed to the issues of water, sanitation and sustainable development throughout Burkina Faso.  Its mission is to make young people the reference point for citizen watch on the sustainable governance of water resources, with a view to participating in the sustainable management of water resources. Its actions are centered around 4 axes, including: capacity building; communication and advocacy; awareness-raising and participation in sustainable governance; monitoring public policies; and citizen questioning in the water sector.
