We are a group of leaders and leaders of Civil Society Organizations in Latin America working in rural water and sanitation, and we voluntarily decided to join forces to work for the welfare of rural water and sanitation community services, the fulfillment of the SDG6 and the Human Right to Water and Sanitation for the benefit of the most vulnerable people in rural areas of Latin America.
